Makeup for Teens

Hey girls(: This post is going to help all of those teens and even just people starting out with makeup decide what they should buy first. Since school is coming up soon, I am going to be giving you items that are natural and neutral so they are more wearable. When you first are starting out with makeup, no matter if you're a teen or older, I suggest that you buy things that you are able to wear everyday. Since your just starting out you don't want to buy three blue eye shadows and two hot pinks because then if you decide makeup isn't your cup of tea you just wasted your money and let's face it, in today's economy nobody wants to be wasting money.
Also, all of these items are available at drugstores so they won't break your bank.

Covergirl Lashblast Mascara in Waterproof I suggest getting waterproof because you can where this in the summer when you go in the pool or beach with your friends. I really love this specific mascara because the brush is HUGE so it really makes your eyes look long and bold which I absolutely love.

Milani Eyeliner

I really like this eyeliner because it goes on supper smooth and stays on for a long time. If you don't feel comfortable wearing black eyeliner you can always start out with a brown and then work your way towards black although brown also looks really pretty on a lot of people, so its really up to you. If you like looking more natural then wear brown but if you don't mind looking like you wear makeup then go with the black.

Covergirl Eye Enhancers Quad: Country WoodThis pallet is really pigmented and is super pretty. I love how there neutral colors so they are really wearable so you can wear them to school, on a date, or even out to parties. I like using the third color for the inner lid, the second color for the outer lid, and the fourth color for the crease. If you want a highlight color you can use the third color again but I don't like wearing highlight colors unless I'm going out, but its totally up to you.

Covergirl Clean Pressed Powder

Now for pressed powders I really liked this one because it helped with my oily skin and covered up my acne really well. I don't like to wear foundation to school so it is really important to have a powder that covers up my blemishes. Also, this one really stays on for a while so I never really have to reapply at school which is really good.

If you want to put something on your lips, I recommend just a light pink or clear lip gloss with a chapstick underneath so your lips are moisturized and smooth.

Thanks for reading and have a great day! (:
